Bay City Physiotherapy Clinic is a privately owned and operated clinic that has been providing quality physiotherapy care since 1988. We offer both physiotherapy treatements as well as registered/relaxation massages. All treatments are one-on-one with a registered physio or massage therapist in our private individual rooms.

A doctor's referral is not required to initiate physiotherapy treatment. If a patient does not have a referral, their family physician will be notified of their problem and the type of physiotherapy treatment being administered. It is our policy at Bay City Physiotherapy Clinic to provide prompt quality care to our patients. Every effort is made to see emergency patients within 24 hours.

Private physiotherapy clinics in New Brunswick do not have New Brunswick Medicare billing privileges. Consequently, we must bill our patients directly. Most health care insurances and Motor Vehicle Insurance claims will cover physiotherapy treatments if they have been ordered by the patient's physician.

We will direct bill any insurance company that authorizes direct billing (eg Blue Cross).
